Butter Lantern Festival Origin

The Butter Lantern Festival origin it is said be Tsongkhapa is alive will die, He has dreamed of a wonderful picture, then told his disciple after wake,Afterward his disciple maked many events and each kind of flowers and plants who was in the religion history with the butter .In cool cellar every year winter ,and It will exhibits for several hours in the evening to commemorate his dream.

The form of The Butter Lantern Festival  is supposes the wooden frame in the lamp back, ,then puts the modelling of each kind of mountains and rivers character, the dragon snake birds and beasts with the butter on the wooden frame, The lampstand has ten feet, also twenty  feets, before the lampstand, light the crisp oil lamp.

Later,The people  have been inheriting this procedure, and it formed the present Butter Lantern Festival .
